Multiomics Aging

Multiomics Aging

Multiomics aging integrates data from genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics to provide a comprehensive view of aging biology. Aging is a complex, multilevel process that cannot be fully understood through single-layer analysis. Multiomics approaches reveal interactions between molecular layers and identify coordinated changes driving aging phenotypes. This integration enables discovery of key regulatory nodes, biomarkers, and intervention targets. Multiomics aging helps explain individual variability in aging trajectories and disease susceptibility. It supports systems-level understanding of aging mechanisms and accelerates translation into precision aging interventions. Multiomics frameworks are increasingly central to modern aging research.
