This track addresses palliative and end-of-life care in aging populations, with a focus on symptom management, decision-making, and psychosocial support. Palliative, Supportive and End-of-Life Care Presentations will examine models of hospice and palliative services in diverse health systems, and their impact on quality of life, caregiver burden, and healthcare utilization. The session encourages data on culturally sensitive care, ethical dilemmas, and the interface between geriatric, oncologic, and palliative teams. Emphasis will be on evidence-based, person-centered frameworks.
