This track examines cancer risk, biology, and outcomes in the context of aging, along with hematologic disorders prevalent in older adults. Topics include age-related clonal hematopoiesis, immune surveillance decline, tumor microenvironment changes, and pharmacokinetic alterations affecting treatment. Cancer, Hematology and Geriatric Oncology Presentations will cover geriatric assessment tools, frailty-informed treatment decisions, and management of polypharmacy and comorbidities in older cancer patients. The session will highlight clinical trial design for older adults, including inclusion criteria, endpoints, and supportive care strategies. Contributions exploring survivorship, quality of life, and integration of geroscience-based interventions into oncology and hematology practice are particularly encouraged.
