This track focuses on lifestyle-based strategies to enhance healthspan and functional independence in aging populations. Presentations will cover exercise modalities (aerobic, resistance, balance, multicomponent training), sedentary behavior reduction, sleep optimization, smoking cessation, and stress management. Lifestyle, Exercise and Behavioral Interventions Behavioral science frameworks for adherence, maintenance, and real-world implementation will be emphasized. The session will highlight randomized trials and pragmatic studies demonstrating effects on physical performance, cognition, mood, and biomarkers of aging. Digital tools, coaching models, and community-based programs will also be discussed. The goal is to advance evidence on feasible, scalable behavioral interventions that meaningfully modify aging trajectories.
