Title : Hydrogen medicine: A new way to rejuvenation and longevity

Abstract:

Modern humans often live only half of their biologically allotted lifespan, spending much of their time battling age-related ailments. Aging is driven by oxidative stress every second, our cells are attacked by over one hundred thousand free radicals that strip electrons, reduce cellular charge, disrupt metabolism, and lead to dysfunction, disease, and ultimately cell death. The human body is 60–70% water, which in its ideal state is structured, alkaline (pH 7.35–7.45), and possesses a negative redox potential (–70 to –100 mV). Maintaining this bioelectrical environment is essential for cellular health and longevity. Active hydrogen has emerged as a powerful physiological antioxidant. Unlike conventional antioxidants, its small molecular size allows it to easily penetrate cell membranes and the blood-brain barrier, reaching the nucleus and mitochondria where reactive oxygen species are generated. It acts selectively, neutralizing only harmful radicals while sparing beneficial ones involved in cellular signaling. Active hydrogen also activates key transcriptional factors, boosting the body's own antioxidant and anti-inflammatory systems (glutathione, catalase, superoxide dismutase, heme oxygenase-1, etc.). Since opening the world's first hydrogen medicine clinic in 1993 (Novosibirsk, Russia), we have treated over 70,000 patients with chronic conditions, observing improvement in all cases and full recovery in over 90%. Our comprehensive hydrogen-based program includes hydrogen inhalations, hydrogen infusion therapy, hydrogen baths, hydrogen-activated mud wraps, hydrogen duodenal intubation, hydrogen colon hydrotherapy, and transplantation of hydrogen-activated microbiota. These procedures help neutralize free radicals, restore cellular potential, and promote physiological self-healing. For daily prevention, we have developed and patented the world's first household electronic hydrogen generators (2009), the world's first household metal-alloy-based generators (2015), as well as the world's first dietary supplement for hydrogenating food products (2018). In 2025, we launched a plant in Armenia producing the world's first hydrogen-enriched foods, animal feeds, and agricultural fertilizers. Hydrogen therapy turns the dream of prolonged youth into reality. It offers a safe, effective, and scientifically grounded strategy not merely to extend lifespan but to ensure a healthy, active, and joyful longevity.
