Biography:
Dr Cleo Varianou Mikellidou, PhD, is a Lecturer in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) and Operations Manager at CERIDES, European University Cyprus. Her work focuses on sustainable workplaces, ageing workforce, ergonomics, teleworking, and first responders’ safety. She has led national OSH initiatives in Cyprus, including policies and tools on healthy workplaces and teleworking. She teaches in the MSc OSH programme, is an Editor of Safety Science, a licensed Risk Assessor, and has extensive experience in EU-funded projects and ISO 45001 consultancy.
